This place is horrible to deliver the front desk lady has a really bad attitude with drivers and is funny becouse on the front desk said “be kind” went she is not fist she told me my appointment was at 8am and then went i came back at 8am she said becouse is more than 10 pallets and she is low on staff my appointment is at 1 pm

This is one of the worst places for unloading. They won't let drivers check in before their appointment time, and it takes them around 30 minutes just to assign a dock door.

Truck drivers- I16(W) ex143=R280(E)… 0.3 miles turn right =Oracle… 1.0 miles turn left= Logistics.. 3rd entrance on right… check in at dock door 158..one way around building…. Push green button on wall to contact shipping clerk…limited parking nearby truck stops…

First, make sure you come up the entrance where the big sign points, if you go to the east side of the building, that gate is closed. I got here a half hour before my appointment. I got a door immediately. They had me unloaded in 20 minutes. (I had pallets of garbage cans) The office said don't come more than an hour early, they are by appointment. They do not have overnight parking. But they are fast. There's a couch couch, TV, and restroom at the receiving office for drivers. Exit back the way you came in.
