Scam alert! For sure scammers. I paid $500 for an Amazon store listing and after 5 months they haven't done my project. They're now requiring I pay them $6000 for a trademark or they won't do the work. They've taken my $500 and won't refund it as they said They've already provided a consultation. They only accept Zelle payment so no refunds. Don't fall for this scam! They're also refusing to work on my project unless I remove this review. Zack Garcia, senior project manager has poor communication and follow up. I am not happy with the progress. I initially requested a refund, but passed my initial 5 day to request. I believed some photos were place holders. I asked to speak to someone, but no ever called. I called back to complete website since site was paid in full. We had another consult, but nothing since... no website. I will follow up with Google as they eached out to me.

Buyer beware-after 10,000.00 I have not received a completed website, or any of the other services I paid for and was promised. The business address listed is fraudulent. No star would be more appropriate. Call a different company. I have also reviewed the LLC application is fraudulent. You can’t sue these people because they have no address for service. Run don’t walk to another company
