I am so lucky to have encountered such a resourceful clinic!! I have learned how to utilize nourishment and have learned what are my triggers and how to control them. No its not a magic pill! Its simply eating healthy and planning your meals. I do not feel deprived and I feel at ease with the program that is provided. To be honest....I wish I would have come sooner!
