There’s a ton I could say… but the most important is all of my experiences here were impersonal, long “rate this by a scale of 5” questionnaires that I had to fill out only for what seemed like nothing to be done with them because they were never addressed, and provider’s behind a computer, asking the same redundant questions over and over. Every appointment felt like a waste of time and money. They provided me zero help or answers. I wish I had never gone.

I started in Duluth and continue in Duluth but I've been to the Cloquet clinic a couple times. It's been nice that they're flexible like this as I live in Duluth but work in Cloquet. Since day one, this place has been an extreme hassle to get my meds filled. They always need to make an appointment So they can make their money. no matter what they never talk about Anything new, it's always literally the same conversation! Nothing can ever be done over the phone. No matter how convenient it may seem. I missed an appointment because I was sick. I even called ahead of time and they still charged my debit card, not even my insurance $140. I had to call to get it Refunded and the lady acted like she was a gift... read more
