After being there for 3 days to do DEF CLEANING And charging me 800$$ my driver started to hit the road 50 miles later, the same problem started. Terrible,highway rubberey.
This is the worst shop to go to had a brake issue. they started with front differential said it was pitted and needed replaced. That did not fix it so the moved to brake shoes and drums which where replaced. That did not fix it. Then they moved to air can and replaced one. That didn't fix it. Then they moved to slack adjusters. That seemed to be part of the problem. But I had to go to another shop to find out the S cams and bushing were bad. Dave and the service team is great. Had a problem misdiagnosed “it happens!” He took the vehicle back and went above and beyond to make it right. Great place to get your international serviced.

It sucks this place is the closes shop for me to go. They misquote every single time. First time was misquoted $3,000 this time only $200+ for a "different" fuel filter. They didn't call to check they just charged me and left me with the bill for things I didn't need or atleast I didn't need to pay their over priced part cost. Will be eating the cost to get my truck to a different shop everytime. Wouldn't trust them to touch my truck! 🐍 🐍
