The folks that work here are always friendly and professional. Cindy has found me the best deals on car insurance and home owners insurance for 7 years now! She also explains insurance in ways that are easy to understand.
If you want a broker to help mediate between you & the insurance company, this is not the company to go through. Also, beware of who they recommend. Auto Owner's Ins will do everything they can to avoid paying your claim. Had 3 roofers say we have hail damage but their inspector says no damage, just wear & tear. Cancelled insurance.
