I booked online, great website, very easy and quick. Arrived 5 mins early at 2:40pm for the 2:45 appointment. Nobody greeted me and I saw that she was busy with another customer. Sat in the foyer and waited, and waited, listening to her and the other customer's conversation about family and other issues, then star-trek series and the plots (no barbering going on, just talk).
