Our closing was postponed two months. Our rep, Dalila, lacked proper communication skills and basic knowledge of home building/purchasing process. She was eventually removed from representing us. My experience of buying a new house was breezy and delightful overall. Ms. Dalila Medel was so helpful from the beginning of our journey and is till now as well. I would ask her any questions with doubt and she would be right there answer back to me right away. The communication we have has been just outstanding and comforting. And Rick is another person we have been relied on heavily, very professional. Im very satisfied with Meritage Homes and I’ve have been telling my experience with friends and family.
