They never clear the ice in the lot, I’ve slipped twice last winter. This time I’ll file a lawsuit if it happens again. I’ve called about rodents in my ceiling a few times with no call back. Smoking is allowed in their units, mine smells like an ashtray because of a chain smoker on the first floor. Definitely looking elsewhere soon.
We have been renting from Weber Wills for 6 years now and we love it here. It's a great location, and our neighbors are wonderful.
