RecommendedWe order a lot from Weber and everything is pretty good the only thing I would like is for them to fix the issue with the Babcock beakers they all happen to break from the bottom we go thru a box a week and are pretty expensive.
Their shipping prices are outrageous. I placed an order for various products and they shipped them all separately. The shipping charge (on a very physically small package) was $22.00. It could have easily fit into any small size USPS $7.00 flat rate box. The second order cost me almost $60 to ship! In short, expect to pay DOUBLE to account for shipping. They won’t tell you what shipping costs in advance.
I would contact customers to tell them their orders have been cancelled and not wait for them to call for status. Your site still shows my order active. Thanks for nothing.
Placed and order with them and they cancelled it and didn't notify me, I had to contact them. Won't use them again.
