Dr McNeil sold his practice. The new vet is in it mainly for the money. They fired the long time secretary and lost many of my dogs records. My dog has been on heartworm preventative all her life. She gets heart worms and they come off with this crap that you must have missed doses. You did something wrong. Just to screw me out of getting the treatment paid for. I switched vets, the new vet has experience and has a stable record system. If you care about your pets, find a better place.
