Never even met the guy, but he came around and fixed the leaking pipe and then left before I got home. Stuck to his original quote and then was on his way. 10/10 would plumb again.

I contacted James for a quote for a small job and he replied promptly with a good price after explaining in detail what needed to be done. He then followed up a few days later to complete the work to a great standard, once again on time and very polite.
