Not the after-sales service I expected from a company I have spent thousands of dollars with. A pendant lamp on my track lighting system required repair, I repeatedly followed up with Weber McCall over a period of 8 months before they offered any type of solution. The repair and replacement options they finally offered were expensive, non-returnable, non-refundable with no guarantee of fixing the problem. McCall Electric was great, they helped with several battery connections that simply would not work for our RV, most helpful in explaining exactly what and how to keep them working at their best, thankyou so much, greatly appreciated.
