Not the after-sales service I expected from a company I have spent thousands of dollars with. A pendant lamp on my track lighting system required repair, I repeatedly followed up with Weber McCall over a period of 8 months before they offered any type of solution. The repair and replacement options they finally offered were expensive, non-returnable, non-refundable with no guarantee of fixing the problem.
