Ordered a product and had an issue with a part. I called to set up a replacement, and told him I'd call him back in a few minutes with the info. I got incredibly busy, and at the end of the day I sat down to send him the email, and he was calling for me, following up because he hadn't heard back. This is almost unheard-of these days! He also promptly shipped out the new part, and it works great. Thanks for going the extra mile, Mr. Weber.
