They are just unpleasant and unhelpful to deal with. It's like they have just gotten so annoyed in dealing with the people of the hamptons. The list is too long to even mention.
Dishonest, incompetent, and bad workmanship. BUYER BEWARE!! I used them for one of my three HVAC systems and they are the WORST.
