Worst service department I’ve ever encountered (and I manage a fleet of work trucks). Do not trust the service technicians to work on my lawnmower let alone my truck. Rear differential had a visible leak, they clean it off and said they couldn’t validate the leak. Told me they’d charge a $99 diagnostic fee that turned into $450 charge for not fixing the issue. $450 is what it should have cost to fix the leak. Now I’m taking it to Auffenberg in Ofallon to fix the same leak for $50 deposit under my extended warranty. Just go t... read more
