We were very pleased with our experience with Weber Flooring/Joe's Carpet. Ron Heckman listened to what we wanted and then showed us carpet samples that met those preferences. He is very knowledgeable about carpet! He told us the pros and cons of the various carpet samples we looked at and we appreciated his honesty. He was very patient - not pushy. We had Weber replace all of the carpet in our home. The price was good, the installers were efficient and professional and it looks fantastic. Very great company to work with and would happily use them for our future flooring needs.
Instal was horrible! Had to reschedule twice and then didn’t measure right. They didn’t have enough carpet! We had to go over a week with just plywood and nails sticking up in our house. Not good when you have a dog and kids. They had to redo the stairs 3 times to get them right. The owner was supposed to call me but never has.
Excellent experience, bought carpet from them plus they refinished our hardwood floors. Professional, timely, neat, we were very glad we went with Weber Flooring. Ron Heckman was great to work with, helped us in our choices and listened to what we needed. Would recommend for sure! Floor finishers were great also to work with and did a great job.
Friendly, helpful, good quality, fair price! I highly recommend Weber & Joe's!
