If there were a 6 star rating, this business deserves it! I cannot thank Weber enough for the service they provided for my family. Weber was on site the next morning after we called after hours to assist with a septic backup at my elderly parents home. They diagnosed and remediated the issue quickly, and informed us of maintenance options going forward to help prevent it from happening again. I have been a long term client of Gerber Septic, however, when I called for help, I learned he had sold his truck. He gave me the number of the person who had purchased the truck, so I called and left a message. I discovered my septic tank was full on a Friday afternoon so after waiting an hour for a call back, I called Weber and spoke with Quinn. Our 50-year-old, concrete septic tank collapsed last March. Weber environmental saved us from what would have been a nightmare experience. They responded immediately. Calming and professional staff were on site the same day with a description of the needed work. A clear, written estimate arrived the next day. Weber Septic was amazing. I called them this morning because we were having backup into the house. They sent a super friendly guy out within a few hours. My husband said he was great. The office person I spoke to was very friendly and patient with our situation. Thank you to Weber for helping us out. Price was reasonable and i would definitely recommend them to everyone.
