I have been a long term client of Gerber Septic, however, when I called for help, I learned he had sold his truck. He gave me the number of the person who had purchased the truck, so I called and left a message. Calming and professional staff were on site the same day with a description of the needed work. A clear, written estimate arrived the next day. Great service, pleasant guy that came out to inspect our tanks - however he walked through my garden and trampled over all my flowers, kicked over one of our cactuses and another was completely dug up and left it like that. Not appreciated at all.
