I have been a long term client of Gerber Septic, however, when I called for help, I learned he had sold his truck. He gave me the number of the person who had purchased the truck, so I called and left a message. I discovered my septic tank was full on a Friday afternoon so after waiting an hour for a call back, I called Weber and spoke with Quinn. Our 50-year-old, concrete septic tank collapsed last March. Weber environmental saved us from what would have been a nightmare experience. They responded immediately. Calming and professional staff were on site the same day with a description of the needed work. A clear, written estimate arrived the next day. Called 5+ Times for emergency call and no one returns the calls. Definitely not 24 hours service company !!!!!

Had overly frequent pump-outs. They came & in 5 minutes they said complete replacement was only solution. 2 phone calls to a competitor & within 30 minutes they found a failed pump. Call around people, there's reputable reliable options.
