Mark made the process a breeze. We started planning in June 2020, broke ground in Jan 2021, and moved in Sep 2021. For being able to navigate the hurdles of the covid lockdowns and keep us pretty much on time and budget was amazing. We shopped around for a few months before we selected Weber Custom Homes and have no regrets. He was realistic on budgets and time frames which was refreshing coming from being a Sub in the Austin TX area. Would use him in the future and recommended family and friends use him.
I have worked with Mark Weber on the sale of three homes he constructed - once as a buyer's representative where he custom built a home for my clients and then twice as his representative for two spec homes. Mark builds a beautiful home, is extremely conscientious and is an excellent communicator. Mark listens to his clients' wishes for their new homes and does his best to accommodate their desires with the amount they wish to spend.
