We purchased 12 trucks from Weber in February. We've had nothing but issues. The process was so unorganized and chaotic. Then two of the titles were missing/errors and we still don't have them two months later. We can't get a response from anyone and have no clue if/when this issue will be resolved. This experience was so unprofessional and cost them our next order of 26 trucks that we sent to another dealer. I would not recommend using them for fleet ordering.

Anthony from the Commercial side has been nothing short of phenomenal. Over the past three months, we’ve purchased five or six vehicles, and he has consistently been on top of his game. One of the best aspects of working with him is the DocuSign feature—everything comes directly to your computer, making the process flawless and effortless. Anthony Was great to work with. Called him needing two new cut-a-way vans. We made the deal over the phone. When I got there to pick them up it was the easiest purchase i had ever made. Paperwork was ready and i was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Great customer service. We will be doing more business here.
