I will NEVER go here again. I went to get an oil change. Sat there for an hour before they told me they didn't have my oil filter. Then I decided to check my oil that night and my car was BONE DRY! They didn't offer anything at all not even an apology. What kind of dealership lets a year old car leave the shop without a drop of oil in it?
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Service Writer LIED in order to convince me that I had to spend $1000.00 on repairs that could have been done elsewhere for less. He then increased the price to $1400.00 without adding any repairs. The next day, he said that the car did not need the part that made the car dangerous to begin with, but the price did not go down, instead it went up!! I have had exceptional service from all areas at Weber Chevrolet. I would have no problem recommending them to any of my family or friends.
The website said $6, 000 off no gimmicks everyone qualifies!!.apparently there are gimmicks bc we didn't qualify. the sales manager said advertising writes it not him. don't make a special trip!! I will never go there again, and certainly never tell anyone I know to go there!!
The service department is exceptional. They provided service beyond my expectations, saved me a large expense that another Chevrolet dealer in north county was not willing to do.
Having just had a new baby I needed to buy a more family-friendly car. ( I was currently driving a convertible) I was interested in an Equinox with leather and a sunroof and wanted to test drive a 4 cylinder versus a 6 cylinder. The salesman told me that since it was a 'family' decision the company wants to only let me test drive when my husband was present!
