After having my stem for about a year i'm so disappointed the night vision is junk and can't see anything the stems when you looks up the Mega Pixels are less then 720p i learned never go with a cheaper company buy your own system and have someone install it .
Horrible, unprofessional company with no customer service, no returned calls...I was told the job would take 3 days and it's been over a month, destroyed my property, constantly not showing up, lies, just horrible. So unsatisfied.
Webco Security is one of the best security companies in Omaha. Their prices are the best and the service is even better. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help out.
Webco lied to me and refuses to correct their mistake. I was duped into signing a 4 year contract that I didn't want to sign because I knew there was a chance we would be moving states soon and it wouldn't make sense to sign a long-term contract. I was told it would be 'no problem' to continue service in another state. What I wasn't told was that they assumed I would have the exact same house (no need for additional sensors) and that I would have to re-install the (now incomplete/worthless) system myself.
