overall good experience, Denzel was great to deal with, no mucking around. Great deal on HSV and very happy with the car. Even free tank of fuel at these fuel prices. Car has not disappointed!
Left a deposit for a car and after everything was finalised had noticed the deposit was not taken off of the total price of the vehicle, when questioned about it was told they would refund the amount, after multiple dodged calls and zero call backs when promised still have not seen a cent. Unfortunately wasn't the greatest experience. Purchased a 2019 Camaro ZL1 which I assume to be probably the most expensive car they have in the group and found the first sales consultant to be horrible as soon as the deal was done. The guy Hamza and manager Tim are kind of running a dodgy car yard over here. They initially take a deposit at lower price and then later ask for higher price quoting miscommunication among their own staff. Wasted our time!
Bought a second-hand car from them and dealt with Bryce, nothing was too much trouble for him, went out of his way to help, made the transaction a breeze. Had a bit of an issue with the diff a month later, took it back and it was repaired promptly, no issues. Would highly recommend doing business with them.
