We are vacationing close by. We went on a side by side ride, and stopped at Dilly’s across the street when done. When we got back in we realized we were having problems with our side by side. I walked over to Webb’s and explained our situation. The gentleman graciously offered to give me a ride to go get our trailer. Didn’t ask for payment, glad to help. It really helped us out of a jam and was much appreciated. Good people there.
Our group booked a few kayak and canoe rentals a couple days in advance via Webb's website, and the online booking was quick and seamless; prices were very reasonable for our time on the water. On the day of, the staff were very kind and helpful as soon as we walked in the door, and were ready to get our experience underway. Bryce is a great guy and very knowledgeable.I dropped my Snowmobile off with him and he brought it back to life when it was on the verge of being parted out. I couldn't be more appreciative towards his service and dedication to helping people enjoy there hobbies without being greedy on his prices. Highly recommend his services.
Noticed my tire was flat at the gas station. Walked it across the street and the guy drove to black river falls to get me a tube and installed it for me. Can’t say how thankful I am for their service. Highly recommend.
I was up UTVing today in Hatfield and my new Yamaha UTV was having over heating issues. I needed someone to work on my machine in a pinch and I pulled up and they were instantly there to help me get my machine fixed. 2 hours later they had me all fixed and back on the trails. So thankful for the amazing service by them all there to save my fun filled weekend of UTVing with all my family. Thank you so much!
