Proper bike shop not part of a car dealership network. It is a trip for me to get there but they will have my custom in the future.
Great place, everything looks shiny and tidy, definitely catches an eye. Max was very kind, informative and helpful, we had a great chat and even though I was worrysome to touch or try anything he gave me a lot of encouragement to sit on the bike and try things out which I did and loved it! Definitely will come back to get the bike and accessories!

Friendly staff in all departments and can't help enough. I like the philosophy (not paid on commission, so no competition between sales people) and the best phrase I've heard several times during the last 25 years I've been a customer: "Let me do the worrying, you just enjoy the bike!" and my highlight over that time has to be listening to Andy singing out Smoke On The Water in the showroom! This year I'll be buying my 4th bike from them.
Went to webbs for yamaha parts staff very friendly pasts sorted. Also taking my touring bike there for valve clearence. Would recommend.
