They destroyed two very expensive items and kicked me out the store when I complained. The manager called 911 and said I pushed her when I was at least 5 feet away from her. They destroy your clothes then tell you it's your fault. They made a 1/2 inch stain into a 5 inch stain and broke the metal embellishment on a Calvin klein dress, but they're not responsible for anything. Save time and money and just throw your clothes in the trash instead of taking them here!
I went to Webb's to have some shirts taken in...very easy as the seams were on the each side of the shirts. The lady quoted me 15.00 per shirt! I ttok the shirts to another (recommended) cleaner/alterations shop that charged me 9.25 per shirt. Then, I took the same shirts to be laundered/starched back to Webb's and the same lady quoted me 3.75 per shirt. Ridiculious! I called another cleaner here in Mableton to get a price quote and again, significantly cheaper...1.25 per shirt! Good luck whoever wants to deal with them!
