I am so glad to have found Chuck Webb. A big named company was originally here to service my dryer. It needed two drum support rollers replaced. The big named serviceman told me it would be $248 which seemed insane so I had him leave and eventually found Chuck Webb. He was upfront about the flat very reasonable rate right on the phone. I asked if there was also an hourly rate added like others charge and he said no, whether he's there five minutes or an hour and five minutes, it's the flat rate period. Score! This is a stand up company. I called them to discuss the issues I was having with my oven. They were able to answer my preliminary questions. They were able to make the service call the very same day. With no problem, they were able to fix my oven within a few minutes. They are reasonably priced with kind and courteous technicians. I would highly recommend this company for all of your appliance repair needs. Thank you!
