I feel the land lady is racist based on conversations I’ve had with her but it would be hard to prove that. Her office is horribly messy by the way her office is an entire trailer but it’s fair to assume residents have to keep their trailer clean. Also she’s never there. Good luck getting ahold of her to for any reason
