It’s been FOREVER for them to finish the construction on highway 99.
This company is terrible. They love to milk their jobs on the taxpayers dime. There could be a week or two of sunshine and clear skies and there is not a sign of work happening in sight.

Weber vehicle 4093L3 - The Hispanic gentleman driving the vehicle was driving very erratic and high rate of speed on highway 99 heading northbound 290. Your employee may have been drunk / impaired or under the influence, causing them to swerve radically and drive over 90 miles an hour If this is the type of people you employ, I will not recommend this business to anyone and I am also in construction
