They told me to come in even after I specifically told them I needed endodontic services. They took all the X-rays, and only at the end informed me that they would need to refer me to a specialist at Tranquility Spa, which is a completely separate business. Now I’m stuck paying $300 for X-rays because my insurance only covers them once every three years. Im a little disappointed. I really wanted to support this business. I choose not to due to.. 1. Front office is unprofessional 2. I was told I needed a deep cleaning( got a 2nd opinion at a more professional facility. They never mentioned it. 3. Misinformation was given when called for appointment reminder 4. Got to appointment to hear something totally different, which would’ve been a price increase I went to another provider who requested my X-rays. This office is absolutely incredible! Dr. Webber is the most painless dentist I’ve ever been to and the entire staff is a complete pleasure to deal with! It’s absolutely bizarre to say I love going to the dentist, but I do when it comes to Webber Dentistry🥰
Would not recommend. Had one visit there that when I was about to get out of chair a baby roach was on me & on the nexxtRecently had a visit to this office & was there for a filling & fix a tooth. First off they were going to allow a student to observe during my visit w/o even asking me or telling who they were.I had to ask about it it & then denied observation. The seats in the waiting area NEEDS to be cleaned! I dont know if its old urine or loose stool the stain is so dark.
