Visited webconn for the first time and didn’t have a great experience. Boat was booked in to have a motor inspections done on Thursday it wasn’t done which was fine it ended up being done on the Friday. I was having someone else pick the boat up for us as we were heading out of town and the girl on the phone said she can email us the invoice and we can pay it online. Booked my boat in for a service and they forgot to book it in. Finally I got it booked in, explained the tilt up was not working and to check over the engine as it had not been started for a while. I was told the boat was ready, then was told they had not done the tilt, said they put fuel on it and it started and ran well. Took it to the river, started it in the water, ran for 10 seconds then stopped with a fuel issue! I sorted out the tilt mechanism by checking the relays, changed some O Rings on the fuel lines and it runs ... read more
Seriously awesome advice, fantastic service, great variety of finishing equipment, tackle etc. If you are in Horsham, near Horsham or wanting advice or finishing in the area this is DEFINITELY a seriously fantastic opportunity to drop in talk with 1 of the guy's & get the lures etc that will work.
