Sam was great!!! After telling him I was having some unusual pain and range of motion with my hip he quickly made time to get me an evaluation. During that time he had some great recommendations of the course of action I could take. Most importantly he was honest- my hip did not require a lot of attention of many additional appointments, just some new stretches in which we did together and I could do at home. Sam is the best! I’ve had multiple injuries and pains from my neck and chest to my bicep and every time he is able to get me training again with no pain in no time! 10/10 recommend!
I had a great experience! I had an ACL injury and Sam helped me a lot during my recovery. I made huge progress every week and gained a lot of confidence back to return to normal activities and sports. I would highly recommend!
