Other brokers who we interviewed told us we would not be able to sell our home anywhere near the price we wanted, OR told us that they couldn't do anything more than our first broker had done. Not Sam Webb - he did sell our home for us and did get us the best price for the market at the time.

Our home sat on the market for months during a difficult time in the real estate climate. The agent did not have much energy or expertise, nor were they particularly motivated or excited about their "product". After a six month agreement we decided to terminate our real estate agent and choose someone new, which happened to be Sam. Immediately, our results were different and the entire process took a turn for the better and we sold the house!

When realtors come up in discussion, I warmly tell people how courteous and patient Sam is. I remember him telling my wife and I that we would know when the "right" house presented itself; so true, and he never made us feel rushed once throughout the five-year period we lived at Charlesbank Estates.
