We do not usually leave reviews, but, WOW! We cannot say enough great things about Webb Mechanical. For starters, the mechanic was prompt for our scheduled visit. He was also professional, nice and very knowledgeable. He was thorough and diagnosed and fixed our A/C problem immediately. We will certainly use them again!
Webb Mechanical is one of the best HVAC companies I have ever hired! Garrett did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing my AC system at my home. It was not an easy diagnosis as there happened to be a pesky rodent that decided to chew a control wire in half inside the system, along with a small leak in the system. He was able to get the system up and running within a couple of hours and returned in a few days to perform needed optimization, maintenance and cleaning. Technician came on site to check out door A/C blower unit as we noticed it had stopped kicking on for heat. He did a check and informed that it had Min operating temp for 35 F outside. He set it down to 25 and checked with it running sub 35 F and it was still producing heat so we left it. Gave us some plans for spring, and over Christmas the inside furnace stopped and technician is working to make it on site to get us back working again. Great service and quick response even on Christmas.
