Webb Plumbing conducted themselves with gross negligence, leaving unknown dangerous materials on the roof. Despite refusing to complete the works, they kept my money for works that not only were incorrect even according to their own quote, but were required to be removed, render restored, and new roofers engaged. They falsely stated that the works they proposed was equal to the waterproofing report works. This was NOT true. They were excellent. Response time was fast, new toilet was in before the afternoon and only booked that same morning. They were very professional and friendly.
Had a great experience with Webb. They were engaged by the Body Corporate at my apartment block fix an issue on the roof and needed roof access through my apartment. Paul was very communicative and professional in organising everything and Jayden, Matt and Noah who attended on the day were polite and efficient in their coming and going. They made everything very easy and with minimal disturbance while I was wfh!
I wish to express how professional Lachie and Brice were when it came to assisting with my excess water issues. Very polite kind and very thoughtful guys.
