Took my car there to get my tires changed and in the process they broke off one of my wheel studs. At first they wanted to not replace it and said it was fine with just four bolts holding it on. I said that doesn't work for me it needs to be replaced and when I got my bill they added $25 for the stud. Shady way to do business and I'll never go back!!!
