They do not guarantee anything. I will not be buying from them anymore after being a loyal customer for many years. Very disappointing.
A year ago April 2024, we bought 13 Arborvitea trees, along with their soil mix & fertilizer to get their "guarantee". We also installed water lines to each tree. 5 of the 13 trees look terrible. March 2025 I went in to talk about getting replacements. I was sold a bottle of "Save A Tree" & to come back in month if they don't perk up. DON'T BELIEVE any guarantee they claim to have when giving you a sells pitch. We've now been told that these trees are "disposable" & to replant them. Each tree was $99.99.
