Great customer service!
A 1 is too high of a review. I took 3 rings to Webb Jewelers in October of 2025. ALL three have lost diamonds within a week of wearing them. The one wedding set, the whole top they put on fell off. The anniversary ring lost the same diamond for the third time. And the final wedding set, that they had for three months and kept messing up, lost the diamond one week after the engagement. Bought my wedding rings there 23 years ago. Best jewelers around.
I dropped my ring off for appraisal around 915 am. I picked it up around 415. They had it cleaned and ready for me, paperwork and all. They were very nice and professional. I will be returning for any jewelry needs. I traveled an hour and a half to get there and it was worth the trip! Excellent customer service!
This store is why we shop local. The one on one customer relationship is why we will ALWAYS buy from Webb's...not just buy from them either. We take any of my jewelry there for quality repairs done by them most of the time, not shipped off. I know they are honest and trustworthy business owners. Go to Webb's you won't regret it!
