Only spoke with someone over the phone about appraisals and consignment. They were courteous & knowledgeable. They answered all our questions & didn't rush us off the phone even though it was close to closing time. Plan on visiting them soon to have some appraisals & possibly consignment.
My husband bought my first diamond necklace from here a couple months ago and absolutely adore it. The staff was so helpful when the chain was too short and let us exchange it for a longer one (with a cost difference of course). Thank you for helping him find the right style!
