Made an appointment, they even had us confirmed appt . We arrived at scheduled time and door was locked. Call number posted on door of business and it was not in service. Very unprofessional. Will take my business elsewhere. It was in my mother's name Carol hall and your office called an hour later apologizing saying staff was in bathroom and had doors locked.
Critical situation, and Webb was exceptionally helpful
My husband and I were recently fitted with hearing aids at Webb. Our experience with Aaron was excellent. He is very thorough and explains every step of the fitting process. And we like the fact that the office is close and the service is very personal. We highly recommend Aaron and Webb Hearing Center.
We have tried Costco, Sam’s Club and other independents. Just come here, it’s great.
