I had two homeowners policies at the same time for several years. Chris Webb was always friendly. A year ago he failed to process paperwork for my new home and my insurance was cancelled because he failed to process paperwork. I had been on the phone all day talking to various insurance companies getting quotes, but as soon as I called and Chris answered I automatically knew this was it. His warm presence was remarkable.
