I had two homeowners policies at the same time for several years. Chris Webb was always friendly. A year ago he failed to process paperwork for my new home and my insurance was cancelled because he failed to process paperwork. The mortgage company attached their policy to my home until I could get it straightened out. It cost me a few hundred dollars. Chris took no ownership for his mistake. I ate the additional cost.
