Recently they made the optional test , part of their standard care. You now get charged 42.00 per person extra and insurance doesn't cover it. (They charge insurance 110) And They Don't Tell you.. I heard from another family before I showed up for an exam, and said I didn't want it, so I cancelled my appointment, and told my kids not to get their appointment here. We're not paying for something we don't need or want. Good luck, with your new business practice.
Tech does all the work. You see the doctor for 2 minutes. They do not know the correct information. And now when I tried to get my warranty lenses, they want my frame. How am I supposed to see.
Great experience from front desk staff to doctors to frames and lenses. Highly recommend!
Unpleasant experience. Called and tried to schedule an appointment in addition to inquiring on a trial pair of contacts to get me by until the appointment. After a couple call backs I was informed that I "already received a pair of trials back in November. So because of that you cant get any trial contacts until you are seen by our doctor"...
