Dr. Webb always takes excellent care of all my family. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He lets you know he cares not just about taking care of your eyes always asks about family. He is always positive and very professional. Thanks for your patience and excellent service. We will not see any other eye doctor.
I had a scheduled appointment today at 2:30 p.m. I also received a reminder of my appointment about noon. However, I arrived at the office only to find that it was closed. No courtesy call or text to let me know the office was closed. There was also another gentleman there for an appointment at 2:45 p.m. He did not get a call or text stating the appointment was canceled. When I called the office number the recording came on to leave a message. I did and no one returned my call. Very bad customer service!!! This has happened ... read more
