John Webb has been one of the best electricians we've ever hired. His quotes have always been reasonable, honest and he is reliable. We recently had the unfortunate experience with our wired smoke detectors glitching in our home (there was no smoke but we could not shut them off - one of them was over 10 years old). Mr. Webb came in and immediately replaced the detectors. We've been using Webb Electrical since we moved to Richmond in 2017. If you're looking for an honest electrician look no further.
John was super responsive, showed up on time, and quickly sorted out our meter issue.I definitely recommend John and will be reaching out to him in future for our electrical repairs
John and Curtis were great! I had a pretty big job and they got me scheduled quickly and knocked it out in one day. Can’t recommend them enough.
Terrible attitude
John saved me over $1200 today. I was told by another electrical company that I was responsible for replacing a cable running to my house. John advised me to call Dominion and it turned out that Dominion was responsible for replacing it. He replaced the meter box that was my responsibility for a very reasonable price. John is so honest and reliable and I highly recommend him.
