Very helpful and was able to save us some money on insurance by offering options.
I have been battling with Brooke for the past 6 months over issues on my account and they were never resolved. Webb was included and guaranteed me corrections and even reimbursement from the inaccuracies on my account. No resolution and no reimbursement and I am being told that there is nothing they can do. I have filed a complaint with State Farm (no help there) and submitted my complaint with the Virginia SCC Bureau of Insurance.
