Also known as ADCA Enterprises, Inc . This contractor was used by Liberty Management to repair a fence on a home that I rent. I was charged extra for the contractor having to rent a jack hammer and spend an extra day performing work to remove posts from the ground. It sounds to me that this contractor did not have the right tools for the job. I would not recommend.
