called to ask a simple question, the lady to answer questions wasn't in on a Monday, on a busy day, i proceeded to ask if there was anyone else that may help me out, they said no, just to ask a simple question. I Swear WE KEEP VOTING FOR THESE CLOWNS TO RUN OUR OFFICES IN DOWNTOWN.
Nobody answers the phone. This location lacks proper structure in the ease of getting things done. Why do you have to leave the location just to get something notarized by them. Other dmvs do it in the same location. More waste of time. The title transfer ladies take 2 hour lunches!! How is this allowed??? More waste of time.
Very horrible service from the lady who is in the permit window. Whoever she is, needs to be held accountable for her horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Lady walked away as I was speaking to her, she was tapping her finger as I was explaining and asking for the information on getting the permit. It’s disheartening trying to get help and to have a worker treat someone that way.
