Nobody answers the phone. This location lacks proper structure in the ease of getting things done. Why do you have to leave the location just to get something notarized by them. Other dmvs do it in the same location. More waste of time. The title transfer ladies take 2 hour lunches!! How is this allowed??? More waste of time.
Very horrible service from the lady who is in the permit window. Whoever she is, needs to be held accountable for her horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Lady walked away as I was speaking to her, she was tapping her finger as I was explaining and asking for the information on getting the permit. It’s disheartening trying to get help and to have a worker treat someone that way.
All the reviews are true. Terrible service. I know someone will probably reply saying this is not the standard service using the same canned response as all the other review, but the truth is, all the people before me do not lie. I hope one day you guys can hire competent employees and competent leadership instead of hiring friends and family. This is a disservice to our beloved community.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have experienced at the Webb Tax Office. On multiple occasions, I have attempted to contact the office by phone. Each time, it takes approximately 20 rings before someone answers, only to be immediately placed on hold for more than 30 minutes.
