AWFUL SERVICE!!! How come the title and transfer department always closes early and is also closed on Wednesdays? Also, why does the department leave ANOTHER 30 minutes early even though the office closes at 3 PM because of the parade? I've tried to register my car all week and haven't been helped even once because it's always closed, even when I arrive at 3:30 or 2:30 PM.
This place is always busy due to a lack of adequate staff. Some of the staff they do have is very unprofessional, yelling at the door greeter in front of customers and displaying a toxic work environment. The staircase is filled with trash and shows the lack of care for the building and the city it serves. The young man serving as the door greeter is very efficient and friendly.
