Great pre‑construction experience. The staff were always easy to reach, communication was clear, and any issues were handled quickly. The selection process was smooth and straightforward, and even though I usually struggle with long‑term design decisions, my interior design stylist made everything simple. I’m very happy with the choices we landed on and excited to start the build.

Not a good builder had many issues with the build, replaced nearly every tap in the house which the builder wouldn’t help with put me onto there supplier, elfresco ceiling got bad black moister stains and builder told me it’s my issue to repair and install insulation, home assist staff very rude and ignore emails, was told the house had 10 years warranty now after 5 years are told house only has 1 year, the list of issues goes on and on do not use this builder I had to supervise the build myself and tell there’s not to retur... read more
A property was developed at the end of my street by said building company. They cleaered every tree on the block....even the ones on the verges. I openly challenge the developers to replace the 2 fifty year old lemon scented gum and 2 weeping peppermints with mature verge trees? Leeming has 12% shade coverage, be better.
