Build a house with WBN back in 2014. 10 years later texturing started to fall off. I was overseas over the past 7 years and house was on rent. Agents did not report the issue so once I got the house back , had to spent close to 90k to restore the texture. Asked WBN they said not our fault. This company is currently building next door to me, whilst they started out well with a great site manager, with the change from earthworks to construction, the level is responsibility taken has degraded and they are extremely difficult to deal with. I have been requesting rubbish be removed from the verge for 3 months, whilst there hasbeen two promised site clean ups, the rubbish remains. It took several months to have spoilt concrete removed from my driveway. I have been blocked from entering my driveway without notice, by... read more
