I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer last year - 3 large tumors with some metastasis to lymph nodes. Dr. Webb did my total thyroidectomy and lymph node removal. He was extremely thorough and professional in explaining the process, risks, and follow up care and medications. He was responsive and compassionate (as was his staff) when I had some concerns the day after surgery, and my follow up with him was more of the same: clear, compassionate, professional. I would rate my one office visit as a model visit. I am not a medical professional so I have no way of rating based on that. But as a patient seeing Dr. Webb, he has excellent eye contact and listening skills, is attentive and careful, does not rush, does not waste time or have an attitude. I had my ears cleaned, hearing tested, ears checked for a particular problem and was advised on a course of action. The worst place , they can give me an appointment for a new patient because they need a note for the emergency room doctor who suggested us to go to ENT. Incredibly!

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about my experience with this doctor and his staff. Extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone. Dr had no patience whatsoever with a man who has cancer in his throat and can’t handle a camera being shoved up his nose down his throat. They just send you home without setting another appointment or figuring out another way to inspect my throat. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
