My gf and I just stopped in for the first time, the atmosphere was welcoming. Also Miranda was great at explaining what was in the drink I was purchasing! Great over all experience!
If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve been coming here for two years and they have seen my fitness journey throughout my time! I always get the chocolate covered banana protein smoothie, ITS DELICIOUS and nutritional. Owner is so kind and always has the time to talk to you and see how you are doing! They always reccomend great things and even have little handouts occasionally, today I got a little glow stick for the 4th of July!
The owners are great and there to help you find what works for you. Stop in they will take care of you.
Such a great place with people who genuinely care about health and community! And wow if you have a milk shake craving come here in stead because the flavor is phenomenal
