This business has been extremely customer oriented, we bought a range and refrigerator from them, received excellent service, love the products, will buy again from them
To save you from a long story let me suffice it to say that the owner of this business treats people in an extremely rude and aggressive manner when held accountable for the actions of his company. He called to “apologize” for the failings of his computer system, ended up going round and round in circles telling me how he started the company, refused to let me speak, and ended up “firing” us as customers because I requested he have someone else call me back if necessary and he not do it.
